Following this discussion with interest. I’m currently in the planning phase for a startup, and the point about API access really hits home. I’ve been burned before by providers that lock everything down, making it impossible to add custom proprietary features. Does anyone know if the back-end architecture for these solutions is truly modular enough to integrate custom agent logic, or are you still constrained by their pre-built packages? I’m looking for something that won't require a total rewrite later.
